Owing to the growth demand from international students and international affairs, we sincerely hope that you could recommend teachers to work within a vibrant community of staff, students and researchers in a unique environment in the College of Arts.
It is one-year fixed term contract, and possible to expand another one to two years’ working permit. Those teachers will help us to create and support a diverse range of learning opportunities within a broad-based Art curriculum. Among responsibilities will be an active contribution to various aspects of course delivery and planning, working with and supporting colleagues in their roles. They will work closely with the Course Leaders to ensure effective planning and delivery of your role and you will help foster external collaborations and opportunities for students. As well as helping our school to promote our international affairs, and to bridge the gaps among TUT and other partner schools around the world.
Tainan University of Technology (TUT) also known as Tainan Tech, is historically strong in the fields of music, visual art, arts technology, education, finance, product design and fashion design.
These teachers will have a developing research profile through nationally recognised practice-based research and/or publications in Art related background, and must have a PhD qualification. They shall be able to lecture in English, and the ability in Mandarin is desired.
The job position and related salary is full-time assistant/associate professor/professor, according to Ministry of Education, Taiwan. More detailed information about the salary and the accommodation will be discussed.
